The Last Day of Bow Hunting 01/31/2007 09:28:38 AM Joyfulmama Can you see the intensity in James' face, knowing that it's up to him, and Joseph, to provide for the family?! ;o) And, is that depression we see in Joseph's face, at the prospect of, what if they don't (all for naught..... sitting in the woods, freezing all afternoon, no reward... no steaks, no stews...)???!? While James is one million percent great guns for hunting, cold of winter, dark of early morning, rain, snow, deer, or no deer...... Joseph, on the other hand, is merely (making a choice to be) determinedly one hundred percent into being a devoted brother! While James hunts, Joseph faithfully goes along with his brother (in freezing cold of winter, dark of early morning, rain, snow...) to sit and *read a book*! He's only holding the gun for the photo! I guess the question to be asked here, is... Has anyone ever killed a deer by throwing a book at it?? I guess the book would really pick up some m...
